Wolfsburg is green/white so usually their home kit is green/white but at times white/green. Same for the ones you mentioned or also for Bayern this season. Still the home kits are always in club colours. For the design types there are barely any club who regularly uses the same design (only Stuttgart comes in my mind), like the italian clubs, many german clubs play in stripes from time to time but not regularly (e. g. Leverkusen, BVB, Bayern, Freiburg, Frankfurt...).
