I'd say it's rather lucky timing. Even with this 10 point deduction, it's very unlikely you'll drop this year. If anything, I think Dyche will rile the players up, using this as a way to victimize the club or the squad. In any case, Luton, Sheffield and Burnley are too bad for the Prem this year, and even Bournemouth is subpar. I think Everton might finish as high as 13th this season, the team has been playing decently.

if there is a crime, of course you should be punished, but there are others who have committed the same crime, and they have not been punished. injustice. if you had a rich and influential club president, you might not have been punished either. i feel sorry for the everton fans.

today was crazy, if we play like this every game we can get a mid table finish. Thank God Gueye got injured before the game cause we played so much better. Jack Harrison was also super good and he should prob start over Danjuma.

Finally!!! The performances have been there for weeks and finally the end product is there. Wolves and Fulham the performances were there, chances created and now they're coming off. Very proud of this team and I'm confident they'll finish mid table this season.

What a game that was it was entertaining from first whistle to last & that double save from Pickford right at the end was unreal. I was buzzing watching both Dyche & Hecky clap every tackle & header cos it shows just how passionate English managers are. Roll on the next month or so when all our 10 new signings have had time to settle in & we know our best 11. Just got off the phone to my dad and we came to the same conclusion conclusion. It a winger, a striker and someone who can play behind the the striker. Branthewaite has to start and Garner has to play I'm his natural positions. We need a setpiece player, until we are better from deadballs we are going to be miles behind. We have players who can head but deliveries are awful. Gray has been our best but is out the picture. We need a deadbolt specialist

If Everton don't sign AT LEAST 2 more attacking options then it's relegation. McNeil, Harrison, DCL and Danjuma are good attacking threats but need more! Need a striker and a winger. A centre back would be good too but I believe Tarkowski and Branthwaite could be a great paring. A number 10 would be nice too if Iwobi is to leave. Definitely need another winger and striker otherwise it's looking worrying

nobody mentioned keane's randomly disallowed goal. idiotic decision to blow the whistle when there was no foul. other than that, this was an easily winnable game with so many chances to score but some players weren't good enough - maupay and patterson in particular - who are playing because of injuries. i wouldn't say this game reflects where we'll finish this season because of the missing players and we'll hopefully have more coming in before the window ends. tough loss to take but let's go into next week with the same energy, but let's be clinical.

Hearing rumours linking Beto again, some sources say talks are at “an advanced stage” for initial loan with obligation to buy.. I feel like he would be a great signing and has the physicality for the prem but we’ve been linked to like 10 strikers already with nothing eventuating.
