i must say we were really lucky to come out of the game with something judging from the chance missed by elversberg. however there were some positives like topp played really well and deserves to start over terodde now that he will leave. seguin and murkin had a good game too while muller was really shaky in goal

Negotiations are also quite far with William Balikwisha. He's a talented CAM with lot of creativity and potential. Could be a high risk/high reward transfer. Also rumoured is that Thibaud Verlinden could join our club.

I ask for some opinion on these points: - to keep it as realistic as possible, I thought I would sell anyone who has a market value/appeal(Ouedraogo and Topp on all, maybe after having them developed a little). - 165 million are for sure long-tailed, so two simple but profitable sales will certainly not be enough, in your opinion when it might be possible to start moving on the market again? - I am not a lover of players who don't really exist, so even though I know that the Knappenschmiede is one of the best youth in Germany, I don't think I will use scout players, maybe just to profit as soon as I can. - Kaminski, Baumgartl, Brunner, Lasme, I see them all outside the project, but I'd like to give Ouwejan and Matriciani a chance, even though he’s been shit lately. You think is it possible to make Churlinov permanent or would it be too expensive? - Last but not least, which are the most realistic teams (including foreign) from which to get players on loan and possibly buy them and which are a great NO(BvB apart of course)? Actually there is a lot of work in progress behind the club. Our Board is getting smaller, director positions shortened (we had most directior of any professional club in germany) but on other site our scounting-team gets extended massively. We will get Ben Manga (the guy behind the Frankfurt rebirth) as Manager/Head of scouting if we keep the league, but his team consisting of 8!!! new scouts (Costa, Broos, Echave, Viñas, Andersohn, Durand Fattori , Diego Lopes Gomez, Tonello) is already here. A very international and experienced team, that were the heads behind Kolo Muani, Jovic, Ndicka, Tuta, Kamada and many many more. In our situation it's absolutely nuts to think that we can just "remake" those signings, but I really expect some "random" signings of young and cheap! talents from south america, asia, and so on.
