Time for a downgrade

The idea is nice, but the performance of coaches is too dependent on players. You can tell if one is working well or if he is working badly, you can see if he trains more technique or emotionality but you can't do much more and go into detail. To say how can you tell if Dionisi is working well when he has a much weaker squad than his first year or De Zerbi's last. On the other hand other coaches in my opinion have worked badly but have a strong enough squad to still score enough points. To conclude, society also influences performance, if there is discontent in the management it reverberates on the team and it is always the coach who pays.
