Not really. Tomiyasu and Kamada are probably the only Japanese players who have the quality to make it at big teams atm. There’s a lot of overrated prospects like Kubo and Nakai and a lot of players like Mitoma, Hatate, Itakura, Ito and Sugawara who could probably get into the starting XI of lower midtable or relegation-fighting PL clubs but probably don’t have the ability to get into a better club than that. I’m not trying to be overly critical of Japan because they have a lot of hard-working players which is a trait I love to see but the standard of talent certainly isn’t underrated and not overrated either.

What I've always liked about Kang-In is his attitude, not your stereotypical mainlander. He's fierce and has a lot of personality on & off the ball. Heung-Min Son had this selfishness in the early stage of his career that allowed him to turn into a great forward, that's personality. Kang-In is a playmaker (so obviously it's not the same) but he has that fire in him as well, he's not shy, he bites back, he's proud and fierce. So I know he'll find his way because the abilities are there too. He's having a great start with Mallorca.

Based on his performances at Jong Utrecht in the Dutch second tier. I watch every game, because it's my hometown club. Arzani didn't stand out for the second team and barely played for the first team. Players such as Arweiler and Velanas are just as good and maybe better.

Not in Jong Utrecht, you need to perform there before the young players get a chance in the first team.

Guys, let's be realistic for a second. Say Neymar was 85-rated right now. Would you really be asking for him to get upgraded all the way up to Ronaldo's current ovr and Messi's 2016 ovr just for being among the best in by far the weakest top-5 European League and doing nothing else? Probably not. Realistically, there are better players than him right now even besides Messi and Ronaldo. Think Lewandowski, Mane, and de Bruyne. Objectively speaking, 91 is the rating that Neymar deserves right now. I wouldn't go as far as to downgrade him, of course, but if he keeps getting injured at the most important moments and getting knocked out early in the CL, he certainly won't get anything higher than what he has now.
