How would putting a third division team in Rest of the World (rather than leave it in third division) make it more realistic? I do agree that they shouldn't be able to be in the same division as the first team though. It shouldn't be that hard for EA to put that restriction on second teams. Would also be cool if there was a connection between the first and second team in career mode, so you could essentially use the second team as a youth development squad while playing as the first team.
