Maybe have Garner on stay back and deep lying playmaker, and Hackney on balanced with stay on edge of box. You should have enough going forward with two strikers and wingers.

I'd say Garner looks more suited to sitting and playing as a deep lying playmaker. Hackney has better mobility, fitness and attack positioning. Just gotta work on his finishing I guess. Maybe switch him to CM since he looks better there and it could open up more suitable training plans?
