just saying if young Hazard was part of that Barca team, his stats wouldve been much more similar to Neymars
avatar
Neymar prime: assisted by Suarez and Messi and having the best midfield of that time behind him, in a league where every team basically opens up their assholes for Barca and Real to score against them Hazard prime: playing for Chelsea under one of the most defensive minded coaches in the world, in the hardest league in the world why we using stats to compare them god damn
avatar
Prime Hazard >>>>> prime griezmann-prime Alexis Sanchez- prime Benzema - prime Agüero
avatar
Give him some time, at least a year. Let him get used to playing in the Milan shirt. Next year we can call him a fraud if he doesnt do well. F*** the haters. I still believe in him

A victory that feels good but is by no means deserved and reassuring. I think it's not deserved because we were hardly led by Canada during the whole first half and also a bit less in the second half. How can we not talk about the disgraceful refereeing which clearly played in our favour. On the so-called offside action, Eden made a failed back pass which landed at Buchanan's feet and was crushed by Vertonghen. Clearly a penalty. Then on the action between Witsel and Laryea, for me it's a foul but not a penalty because I think that Laryea put his leg out on purpose so that he gets hit, but I wouldn't have been shocked if it was a penalty. Otherwise in the Belgian game nothing good to highlight. De Bruyne was annoyed and not applying himself to his passes. The wingbacks were overrun (which is understandable when you see the rockets that Canada have). Tielemans was non-existent as usual in the national team. Very well replaced by Onana, who brought physicality and speed to the game, a pity for the few technical waste. I hope Onana will start the next game. Eden Hazard hasn’t done much offensively, but he looked good physically for a player who hasn't played much this season. Batshuayi had a mixed game with a lot of technical waste as usual. But I'll be nice to him because he scored a goal and saved us as he often does lately. But for me the man of the match is Courtois who saved his first penalty ever for the national team and who stopped all the Canadian attacks. Thanks Thibault, without you we would be in big trouble. To conclude my analysis. Canada deserved to win or at least draw. I'm not even happy with this win because the Belgian level was disappointing. Strength to my Canadian brothers, I hope you will pass the group stage, even if it will be complicated. ❤️🤍
avatar
Yeah but still. You were all over us. Courtois was the only good player. I am truely embarrassed as a Belgian. You guys deserved the win, at least a draw
avatar
Be honest mate, we were shit. You guys were all over us. We got extremely lucky. You guys deserved so much more
avatar
Keep in mind he is still very raw. 20 years old and his career management hasn't been the best... jumped straight into the PL at 18 with a hefty price tag and little to no experience in professional football. This is basically his first full season as a senior, he's been very decent despite the team's struggles. I believe he will only get better with the playing time that's afforded to him at Anderlecht
avatar
Would be too early for him, I agree (as a Bruges fan) that he has a lot of talent but for now he has to stay 2-3 years in Anderlecht or move to a lower club than Dortmund. He isn’t ready yet but I honestly could see him end up in a team like Dortmund. Still needs to learn a lot honestly.
avatar
Because people are racist, like BriDKVL here under who had a lot to say on Ibrahima's page. For some reason he's obsessed with ethnicity. According to him an ethnically Italian born and raised in Nigeria, speaks one of the local languages and knows nothing of Italian culture is more Italian than a Nigerian born and raised in Italy, accustomed to the culture and knows nothing but Italian.
avatar
When is Martínez going to give him a spot in our NT instead of a Hazard that has been having the football skill of an amateur ping-pong player
avatar
Has Ramsey scored in the Champions League?
avatar
Okay... after the two games with Belgium, u see that he is still too light for the big boys. Martínez is a Anderlecht fanboy, so he will probably take him to Qatar. Don't get me wrong, big talent, but too soon, 2 games, 2 goals conceded bcs of him
avatar
Better option than Eden Hazard or Dries Mertens for upcoming Worldcup.
avatar
Linked to Anderlecht!
avatar
Brugge doesn't have a great academy, you'd better take a look at Anderlecht and Genk
avatar
Impossible. He was always praised for his impeccable attitude
avatar
You are exaggerating. For 4 years he was a solid guy for you. I can understand that you are disgusted with the way he left and what he says about the club. But if there's one thing you can't take away from him, it's his performances and his solidity when he was at PSG
avatar
Miss you already https://twitter.com/rscanderlecht/status/1559483782935330816
avatar
Hes still here after saying his goodbyes and claiming that he was too good for the league😂💀💀
avatar
What is regrettable is to play three finals and win none. But to come back to Belgium, we are already very proud of what we have achieved in the last few years and that suits us, because we are a small country. You should take note of that, because you are too...
avatar
If you would have won the finals yourself, you would have said "win finales" in stead of "make it to finals". But you didn't, so you didn't either. We are a small country. We did good. We are proud. Don't be childish.
avatar
Anderletch is 3-4 steps behind Gala in europe but better than Fener, Besiktas and Trabzon. We look at them like a second spot fighting teams except for last few seasons. Btw B.Pro.leauge has way less tv income but way more transfer income. So its almost the same amount of money in both leagues. Anderletch is a good team for sure, would easily fight for nr1 spot in turkey but 7 out of 10 seasons Gala would be nr 1
avatar
Should stay one more season and play Europa with Anderlecht. He could be amazing as wingback under Mazzu in his classic 3-5-2
avatar
That’s bs. He just lost confidence after what happened at Barcelona. Also he has to improve physically because he has the body shape of a 15 year old. Emre Mor and Kerim Frei chose Turkey too and look what happened to them. This doesn’t have anything to do with the NT he chose but more with the team he chose. He should’ve gone to the German or Dutch league and not to Barcelona
avatar
Too early, needs to improve his defending more before making a move to a bigger league. This season he'll be used as a LM in a 3-1-4-2, which will suit him better.
avatar
Could see him going back to Chelsea after the loan if Tuchel gets sacked
avatar
Should stay in the Netherlands for a bit
avatar
Bale prime > Neymar prime
avatar
This guy is the perfect example of what HYPE can do to a talented young promising player. He was given everything from a very young age and never really develop the motivation to push himself harder. He relied on his raw talent and that is simply not enough to make it to the top and become a legend. Shined here and there but never really accomplished anything special, not in Barça, not in PSG and not in Brazil (where he was meant to be the new Pelé) Lack of effort and discipline plus his spoiled lifestyle is what you get, a player who should be in his prime but instead is a liability in and outside the field.
avatar
Tuchel misused him that much is clear. Him and his staff couldve still tried to figure out a way to incorporate Romelu in his system despite his attributes, even though he wasn't Tuchel's choice. However Lukaku didnt make it easy for himself either. That interview was straight up the DUMBEST thing he couldve pulled off midseason. He brought the negative energy down on him, when he was just starting acclimatize to the system. The fans were behind him until that stint. It all went downhill from there. Tuchel should've treated him better but Romelu should also work for his spot and stop acting like he should be catered to because he won a scudetto with Inter. Just SHAME how everything went down..Disappointing Smh.

📌 CB/CDM/RB 👦🏾 Noah Sadiki 📈 64/83 🎂 2004 ___ 📌 LW/RW 👦🏽 Julien Duranville 📈 64/85 🎂 2006 (!) *Third youngest debutant ever in Anderlecht Remember these two names! Our future is in safe hands 💜

So ? That's still not the point. Countless of players won a shit ton of individual trophies and ended up being recognized under the likes of Scholes, who barely won anything individually. Doesn't mean my point is to say one is better than the other, but that stil shows a pattern. KDB won a shit ton of individual trophies as well, currently more than Modric at the same age, that doesn't mean he's better either, but you could argue he is too. Point is, your "won't ever ..." doesn't make sense here. I'm not going to talk shit about this ballon d'or, but that's probably the worst one I've seen so far. Congrats to him either way. As for Marcelo, yes he changed things ,you can still see that proves my point as well. Trophies don't mean much. Yet, talking about KDB as if he never existed before but let's be honest for a sec too. He was monstrous at Genk when he started, as well as for Wolfsburg
avatar
That's what bias looks like. Only a Madrid fan will tell you that with such a guarantee
avatar
This might be opening to discussion, but for me: Undav, De Ketelaere, Nielsen (and maybe Ito) are above Tissoudali
avatar
Pace upgrade, some stats downgrade, yes he was good with Japan, but he's on the bench of Union, some starters don't even have a 73 rating... If you expect him to be a 75 or some shit while the best in the league barely get that, then that's a bit crazy imo.
avatar
Got the number 10 and he plays like an Anderlecht nr10 should, love to see it.
avatar
Doesn't deserve a downgrade
avatar
Looks like he's finally starting to fulfill his potential. Creative, elegant on the ball and great vision. 74/84
avatar
73/83
avatar
I think it would be best if the loan was extended by 1 year so everyone is happy. Bayern sees if he can go one step further. Zirkzee can play. And Anderlecht still has a good striker for a year longer
avatar
Get better soon champ! Atleast you'll get some rest, since you've been playing a lot of games lately.
avatar
How the fuck can't Tuchel find a way get one of the best proven strikers in the world to produce? Weak coaching
avatar
Kroos is the closest call.
avatar
Deserves a big upgrade. Has everything, creating, scoring, he can win games on his own (like today imo). He's also way faster than this, look how he runs riot through defenses, he just doesn't need pace, that's why he doesn't use it at all times.
avatar
Immensely underrated. Has a world class touch, good vision and can finish. Has all the potential to become a world class striker, he just needs to keep putting in work and keep his feet grounded. Already 14G and 8A for Anderlecht this season, will certainly reach 20+ goals and 10+ assists this season. 74/84
avatar
Lukaku's interview after Al Hilal match: - Romelu, are you happy for the goal? - Yes yes, but let's talk about the goal of my teamate Alexis Sanchez against Roma, that is a beautiful goal!!
avatar
Too much potential for now, he hasn't played enough and still needs to go through his growth phase which will be crucial for his career. 66/84 would be better imo
avatar
Im waiting for rayane.bounida
avatar
82/82 or 83/83 for him 85/92 for Vini
avatar
They should just delete the whole league. This fake player bs is stupid af
avatar
74/83 for now
avatar
100% agree, I can't find the part where he talk in a bad way of Chelsea Romelu is not discontented, only a bit naive :)
avatar
Maybe I'm missing something, but I feel like this whole thing has been unnecessarily blown up by the media. The interview felt more about repairing his relationship with Inter than to bash Chelsea. Maybe the whole "the formation doesn't suit me" was senseless, but I mean, he's right, Tuchl's system has been less than ideal to him. His goals againts Villa and Brighton were showing that he was starting to improve. He even said in an interview after the Villa game that they had to play every game like a final. His head is in London. No player is bigger than any club, but people are acting as if this was a Bale "Wales, golf, Madrid" situation, when it's far from it. I feel like the more people hate on him the more this turns into a lose-lose thing. He is an elite striker, he is, for now, a Chelsea player, and he cost Chelsea almost a hundred million pounds. It would be brainless for Tuchel to not try to at least mend the situation.
avatar
I've always said it, this guy can never shut his mouth and stop saying controversial things (whether they truly are or simply sound like it with media titles)... It had to happen at a certain point, and now it has : he gets the backlash. He's definitely not daft, but such declarations can't help but make him sound sound like so
avatar
I dont think his biggest mistake was saying the shit in the media. he just said how he felt like, which is insulting to all the fans but it was going to be inevitable with how unhappy he was. I think his biggest mistake was going back to Chelsea, where he was always disrespected, and he never had a good career there. the bad career decision made him unhappy, and talk shit to the media
avatar
An absolute scandal this rating. He has been a dream player on the right for Milan. Hard working, technically gifted and always a joy to watch. 79/84
avatar
Cmon don’t disrespect him, he repped you lot for years at a high level.
avatar
This season he is playing less (351min in 11 matches) because we are playing 4231 and no 442. Total statistics in Espanyol: 5 Goals 1 Assist in 1.457 mins (29 matches) The goals and assists stats of Dimata it is the least important (in addition to that he could have 5 assists and 2/3 goals more easy) The most important thing is what it generates for the team, send them balls and lower them and fight with the entire rival team
avatar
No because he had a bad relationship with the trainer and the trainer didn't believe in him. Ten Fraud can't handle a bad boy, Philippe Clement can.
