1) The offensive animation is very bad (It was also the case in Ligue 2). We are incapable of creating situations when we have the ball, only on counter-attacking. We only count on individual accomplishment (like Mikautadze dribbles 1 or 2 players) 2) The Human aspect can also be a problem. Lazslo Boloni may seem friendly but it is very hard to communicate with him. 3) The players no longer trust him. A lot of players doesn't follow his instructions 4)He is too defensive while we have good players in attack

He is, imo, I saw him closely in Mexico and Argentina, he had tough challenges in Chivas and River and he was up to expectations, even though after achieving good results in both places his teams fell off too. He seems to wear out relationships with management, but his players usually fight to the death for him. He failed in MLS but I didn't see what happened there, tbh. And he was really good last year with AEK, which I followed very closely because of Orbelin Pineda. I'd say he's a good option for Benfica but it would definitely be his biggest challenge yet.

Said this before and saying this again that he is one of the best CBs of our Generation and still going Strong , He deserves way more respect
