Leave him in Liverpool then
avatar
I think van Dijk has a nice deep voice, could do a dean martin or a frankie sinatra cover Curtis Jones or Harvey Elliot bust out some UK Drill And thennnn we'll finish with Luis Diaz and some flamenco
avatar
If you read the article, it's Hamas and Hezbollah, both of the groups are fighting against Israel... make of that what you will It's no different to Dortmund's Rheinmetall sponsorship; it's just the other side of the same coin
avatar
Vile vile club i cant wait for that day. Wont be long now
avatar
The day I see Man City dutifully punished will be a glorious day
avatar
Imagine winning 6/7 of the last Premier League titles and then having the audacity to claim that the rules they are operating under are unfair because they can't spend whatever they like. They have no shame and calling them rotten to the core is still, somehow, underselling it.
avatar
Manchester City suing the Premier League because of associated party transaction (APT) rules is wild. Manchester City claiming that they are the victims of a campaign of discrimination is wild. Manchester City claiming that they should be allowed to self regulate their own financial incomings and outgoings is wild. Manchester City essentially starting a civil war within the Premier League against the tyranny of majority rules is wild. But don't forget.... They are totally innocent of all 115 charges and this story conveniently drops on the same day that a 6 week hearing is scheduled at the start of November 2024 into said 115 charges. Normal reaction, no distraction or diversion here, especially from a completely innocent Manchester City.
avatar
It's so mad that 2 years ago he was behind Tyler Morton both at the same club and now PL and NT in 6 months.
avatar
Are we sure thats adeyemi playing there and not speed wearing a wig?
avatar
Of course bro lmao I have us winning the CL next year and winning the PL title!

Meanwhile in 2021 ..... ( Barca Fans on Ansu Fati) https://s3a.sofifa.net/a8fd9a94be8e03078c8bb3bf6bac07dd969781d1.png
avatar
fuck yall fr
avatar
Doesn't he need a big update too like Wharton?
avatar
Hes actually deleted his account lmaoooo only took a week or so until everyone turned on him again. Give it 6 months he'll be back with a new one.
avatar
Not the only syndrome he has
avatar
It started with a disagreement about Alan Varela (is he good enough/are we interested etc) and somehow evolved into something else about Mason Greenwood and became a battle of ethics and morals between Smile Merchant & Enigma. Unsurprisingly, Enigma lost.

https://x.com/_wingplay/status/1796893714457240062?t=HETz6e4eVFFi8iRPUfP6Wg&s=19 over to you slot
avatar
Sepp… You moron!
avatar
least delusional Chelsea fan
avatar
Remember Azpi when Moratq first came? He had many assists from crosses from rcb position to him.
avatar
Feels like you have more managers than wins these days.
avatar
He’ll stay at Chelsea for 5 years on £100 thousand a week playing a grand total of 19 league games only 6 of which were starts and he will be loaned abroad to Monaco before leaving on a free to join AC Milan.
avatar
Will be brilliant in a team more dominating on the ball next season
avatar
Very dumb move by Van den Berg taking that interview. He wasn't trusted back then because he's not good enough, that's the whole point of him being loan out, so he can improve Should have just waited and seen what would happen under Slot first. But with that interview, he might not even be in the pre season squad. And the club won't sell him cheap either
avatar
Welcome the finished one
avatar
Get ready guys, you'll have the most emotional sport experience of your life with him
avatar
He should play a pivot. Jorginho was always dribbled past and was useless defensively unless he got interceptions which he was decent at. I think Trent should play the 6 as a deep lying playmaker permanently and purchase an all round rb
avatar
Really liking all the business that Crystal Palace are doing or are rumoured to be doing in the upcoming transfer window. Really smart business by the sounds of it, easy to see why so many clubs were after their Sporting Director Dougie Freedman.
avatar
Ngl I really don't like some of these newer users on this page... Usually I'm like, you welcome each new user but both the Atalanta guy and the Hands Up guy, displaying some real NPC behaviour and producing the worst takes known to mankind.
avatar
Shocked at so many people considering this. I know he's been in mid form but come on now, he's one of the best in the world on his day, no way do we even consider selling him.
avatar
I love him to bits, he is incredibly talented, one of the best players against Real three years ago already. But he is too injury prone and does not even fit us stylistically. 55 sounds kind of cheap to me but I'd, with a heavy heart, be willing to sell him too tbh But if he stays, I'll be happy too. He still can prove a lot, yeah he is not probably gonna be pinging balls 60 metres right into winger's feet, but he can develop as well. There were times he was already more than good enough to be a starter
avatar
Bro... There are 11 players on a football pitch.
avatar
Endo in the starting 11 in slot's system. Boy do i have some news for you.....
avatar
His technique is superb really. Reminds me a little of Marcelo. Shame his fitness sucks, and i wonder if his mentality is good enough.

avatar
I probably said Jota because of the directness, ability to be LW/ST and that forward's instinct. But yeah, he is taller and not so rusty at dribbling
avatar
https://x.com/RisingBallers_/status/1795792880751046910?t=VzqaJu03bZGFLYAi3boAmQ&s=19 Most underrated talent in our academy by some distance. Brilliant young talent. Hope he gets some opportunities this summer
avatar
Within the Eredivise I suppose we shall see with him.
avatar
FSG should without a doubt renew him and Salah their leadership and presence are needed going in to a new era. Even if they decline they are still class and will keep mental cohesion and pressure within the team
avatar
Sepp van den Berg during his time in the Bundesliga for Mainz: 🔘 33 games (31 starts) 🔘 3 goals 🔘 68.7% aerial success rate 🔘 64.9% duel success rate 🔘 60.5% tackle success rate 🔘 176 recoveries 🔘 43 interceptions 🔘 11 times dribbled past An exceptional season for the 22-year-old, playing a significant role in securing survival for Mainz. It’s uncertain where his future lies at the club as of now, but, if you’re Arne Slot, are you giving him a chance to impress in pre-season?
avatar
Should be Hancko's replacement for Feyenoord when he gets his big move.
avatar
77/84 is a fair rating
avatar
If Klopp were to be asked this he'd answer: "Another defensive midfielder? We have Wataru [Endo] who has been brilliant...absolutely brilliant and settled in so, so quickly. Then it's Stefan [Bajcetic] who was for so long on the sidelines and is hungrier than ever to play and help the team. Tyler [Morton] had a successful spell at Hull and will join the team at the end of his loan. So, now you tell me, where do we need another defensive midfielder? You just want this exclusiveness, but we do things in another way, we cannot go and just say 'Oh, we want this, we want that', it's just not how we do business".
avatar
Klavan personally dipped into his Estonian family fortune to pay for Alisson and Virgil to come to Liverpool, name another player who would do that - you can't
avatar
https://s3a.sofifa.net/29d7071ca9c13e8ca9d587f1bb706c6c4479a911.jpg That was obviously Coutinho talking about Klavan and not the opposite IDK where the confusion came from
avatar
Yeah hang on a second, Kubo this and Bakayoko that, why the fuck aren't we interested in this baller? He's perfect?
avatar
He could bully opposition players, he showed serious pace and he could finish, now..... All he does is finish, it's not bad but Pep hasn't improved him as a player or as an individual. Pep and his disciples have made football boring.
avatar
Leicester and Chelsea both screwing eachother over. This is like heaven to me I live in Leicester (for uni btw, still a scouser) and never once heard someone rate Maresca. He lasts 3 months tops at Chelsea, despite it being a “project” signing. So that’s Chelsea screwed And then Leicester are going straight down and I’ll be there for it cos it means I can get tickets easier
avatar
He’s not a real fan. He’s pretending to be
avatar
He did good in the 2012/13 season. The trolls were the ones that voted him as the worst signing
avatar
He had 32 goal contributions in 40 something games in his debut season with Real Madrid. After that he never put those numbers again. I wonder what went wrong.
avatar
Going in for a major knee op on Tuesday and i can't say i am looking forward to it. I'll be 3 months on crutches with a big hinged knee brace without being able to put my foot down for that whole time and then i have to learn to put weight on my leg after 3 months taking an aid away each month, so it'll be 2 crutches and a brace and then 1 crutch and a brace and then just the brace and then nothing..and full recovery will take about 1 year. FFS. I have intense physio to go through as well. So hopefully when i get back i'll some interesting shit to read and catch up on. i'm planning on being back after maybe 4 or 5 months. Come on lads, make it fun so i can have something good to read and look forward to in about 4 or 5 months when West Ham are top of the league smashing everyone. Have a good summer.
avatar
Trust me, we will. He will definitely start over Palacios and Andrich so he'll get sufficient game time, and the Bundesliga is a great league for development so he will progress nicely. I didn't really see it coming, but nonetheless it was a great signing on our part
avatar
15 mil is a good price for him. I'm excited to see what he'll do under Xabi. He had a great season in Girona, so I expect quite a bit from him
avatar
Right so he's playing regular first team football at Leeds United right now, do you honestly believe he'll get the same time at Liverpool or anywhere else at the age of 18? He's at the best place for his development right now and he knows that.
avatar
Love how he said 'piss off lad' too like it's 200% nailed on Gray's a Liverpool player. Reminds me of how we were heavily linked to Raphinha before he went to Barcelona and people (like me tbf) thought he was DEFINITELY going to come here.
avatar
Saying that shows you know absolutely nothing about him. He's playing regular first team football with the team his Grandfather, Granduncle and Father have played for, a team he supports and a team he loves. Archie Gray has said that he wants to stay at Leeds United, he wants to see his younger brother, Harry Gray, break through and play in the first team with him. He's never ever expressed any desire to play anywhere else even when he has been asked directly about his future, so yeah I'd be fairly confident in saying that he's staying at Leeds. Why do you think he'd move to Liverpool?
avatar
Lmao we're not getting any offers for Diaz that would be worth our time (As the club isn't even looking at selling him) and asking us to sign Leao (Who was even more inconsistent in terms of finishing and better absolute wank at pressing or being useful in defensive situations, than Diaz this season and would cost a whopping 170Mil Euros due to his Release Clause) or Kvara (ADL would ask for close to 200 Mil Euros PLUS PSG want to sign him which means a bidding war would ensue). We're going to sign someone that can play on the right to succeed Salah, and that will probably be the only attacking signing made this summer, unless someone unexpectedly leaves.
avatar
Can't wait for him to go and City to be punished retrospectively. They bought their way to success and the consequences will arrive
