He is a big game player - tends to play the best against the biggest teams, especially during Europa or Conference League. Has amazing shot technique with both feet; good dribbler, has flair and is flashy. Big downside is that he disappears from the games every now and then. But when he showed his full potential it was clear that hes the most talented guy in the league.

Well, I think he was decent at Slavia. The main reason why coaches decided to free him for loan was that his adaptation to the league was supposedly not good, his heading ability was not good and sometimes he had slight defensive/tracking-back issues. Attack-wise, think he is a very solid left-back, variable crosses, speed, stamina, decent strength.. Hope he comes back to Slavia and stays tbf, despite us buying two more left-footed players for our team's left side :D

Go for the next Gundogan, Ozil, Ozyakup ect... Young player can progress really fast with confidence, playtime and good staff Sell all useless players old foreigner with big salaries. Keep money for young players, improve them this season and make good deals in summer. This is the strategy we need. Play beautiful football, even if we lose. We need to creat good atmosphere. Like that, every young (turkish) player want to play for us. We need to form or post-form the next Arda Guler, Ferdi, Kenan to have good finances. He fell off , he is not disciplined enough. Still scores bangers every once in a while ,the talent is there. He is on the bench bc Florinel Coman has an exceptional season as LW and Tavi Popescu is mainly a LW. Last games he played as a CF and did ok. The club owner still has hope (Gigi Becali). It might sound crazy but the club owner is choosing the starting 11 and he said that after winter break FCSB will play 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 with Tavi behind the ST or CF so he might get his career back on track. Such a big talent but he got distracted and many ppl started criticisng him and probably has some mental issues. Its so sad cuz Romania has so many talented players and hidden gems but everyone is felling off (Dragusin is our big hope tho). The problem of us is the academy level, coaches are not teaching the kids the right stuff. A country like Romania with 20 million ppl and many of them loving football is very sad that we dont have world class players. Your country, Croatia has so many very good players but the population is way more little than romanias and that shows that we have problems at academy level...

We are very thankful to him for everything he's done as a football player and now as a manager. He's helped a lot Romanian football after he retired making his own academy. I also hope he gets his second league title, he deserves it.
