fair enough, I just think until they have another good season the current potentials are good. Reece can be a 90 rated player on his day but needs to stay on the pitch more than 15 minutes every few months for starters. it's kind of the same with Nkunku. The sample size for Gusto, Noni, and Jackson is too small. same for Trevoh's recent upturn in form imo. As for Enzo, he struggled a bit this year so I think a minor downgrade is fair. Caicedo also needs to replicate his good form next year.

Very very realistic ratings and potentials. I do understand what Klaus is saying about guys like James, Jackson and the rest, but James needs to be on the pitch more, if the injuries do persist there's no way of this man reaching his potential or even surpassing his potential. That also goes for Nkunku as well. As for players like Jackson, Enzo, Gusto & Caicedo, they need another cameo to show their prowess as consistent performers.

I don't know how I feel about this man... Poch had the momentum going and everyone in the squad liked him and then he just leaves. If we don't find another manager of the same level, our club could be finished

it doesn't work like that though. Pep is a genius in coaching space, movement, and incisive precise passing to his players. a back-4 with 3-4 CBs with the wrong coach in charge would lead to endlessly passing the ball around in our defensive 3rd. Tuchel's 2nd half of 21/22 season comes to mind.
