Having read through CF Reus' financial disaster I thought I should revitalise them in-game. Here's my try on it.
I took loads of free agents, swapped some of them, main focus was to mix young talent with routine.

Tactics are simple: defense stays close to the goal, play is possession-based with high pressure and quick switches to attack if the team gains the ball.
Alternate formation: 3-1-4-1-1 - in order to lock down the box against stronger opponents, this is the preferred formation, relying heavily on fast attackers.
